Warranties

We offer a generous Warranty Program for both Adult and Children's lenses and frames.

• Adult Guarantee

  All Purchases of a complete pair of eyeglasses (frames and lenses) include a minimum of a one-year guarantee, with most having a two-year guarantee. Not covered is loss or scratched lenses.

   

• Children's Guarantee

  For children under the age of 12, the purchase of a complete pair of eyeglasses (frames and lenses) includes a guarantee against breakage until the child reaches the age of 12, or for two years, whichever is longer. Not included is loss or scratched lenses.
